Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the hygiene seal is intact.

  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
